How the Unban works?

Delete/Unbind your Rockstar account and re-register a new one.

Unban typically takes 3 to 5 days, or even longer. Only supports the Steam platform.

You will also need an unused GTA5 game activation key.

Unban Steps

Login to Rockstar Website and click your user avatar.

After login, goto Help -> Support -> social club -> iSocial Club Account -> Delete Account and Information

Fill your Steam ID in the Input Field 1.

Fill the Input Field 2 with following info:

Click submit button.

After submit it, it will look like the image below. At that point, we don't need to do anything else—no further sending required. Just close it and wait for the email reply.

Goto your email which bounded to the current Rockstar Account.

Check your email for a message regarding the submission of this ticket; you can ignore this one. Wait about 30 minutes, though it may take up to a day. You will receive another email confirming the deletion.

Provide the information they need: Your GTA Name, Steam ID and Steam Profile Screenshot. You send follow by this format:

Upload also your steam profile picture.

Submit to reply the email message.

Wait a few minutes or hours, and you will receive another email confirming that the account unbinding is complete.


Register a new Rockstar account using a different email address (not the banned one).

Launch your GTA game from Steam and link it to this new Rockstar account.
